Soul Singing is a community voice practice that takes all the physical and mental benefits of operatic technique and turns them into an approachable, workable daily practice. It combines these traditional techniques of voice teaching with breathing, grounding and mindfulness. Soul Singing reduces stress, relaxes the body, and releases a rush of endorphins.
Anyone, regardless of talent or skill, can use this practice to calm the breath, ground the body, complete a stress cycle, find stillness, and delight in one’s own unique voice.
Equal weight is given to developing the voice as a source of power and joy, and to creating a space to explore that resonance freely and safely within a community.
