Make space for self-love and a physical pick-me-up with this class, designed to keep you in the present moment and allow your mind to focus on specific movements. Perfect for those uphill days when it’s hard to get out of bed and focus. This class is capped at five participants. This is a co-ed session of breathing, grounding and tonal centering. Steph guides you through movements that incorporate humming and phonation, so that you can activate your parasympathetic nervous system and move through a stress cycle. The class includes sitting, and floor work. It can be completed sitting at a desk. Give your lungs and spine a hug!
