Service Description

Take stock of the week and center yourself in the success of being alive, in this moment, just as you are. This class is capped at five participants. This is a co-ed session of breathing, grounding and tonal centering. Steph guides you through movements that incorporate humming and phonation, so that you can activate your parasympathetic nervous system and move through a stress cycle. The class includes sitting, and floor work. It can be completed sitting at a desk. Give your lungs and spine a hug!
