In this one-on-one session, you are invited to share how your body is feeling and react authentically as Steph walks you through breathing, humming, and grounding exercises tailored to you. She will guide your exploration of vocal range and lead you through personalized "vocalises," warm ups made to expand your register in a healthy way. If desired, you pick a song you would like to use to for therapeutic integration of the voice and body. This is not a traditional voice lesson. Rather, it is using elements of healthy vocal technique to open up the voice and access the restorative nature of phonating in an open, flowing way. At the end of this hour, you will feel good in your body. Similar to a "runner's high," you will feel the benefits of using your body as an instrument and completing a stress cycle. Once the session is booked, Steph will reach out to coordinate a time that works for everyone!
