This is a co-ed session of breathing, grounding and tonal centering. Steph guides you through movements that incorporate humming and phonation, so that you can activate your parasympathetic nervous system and move through a stress cycle. Perfect for moms and dads who need a break and WFH desk-sitters. Incorporate this practice to give your body a reset without breaking a sweat. Class has sitting, standing, and floor work. Give your lungs and spine a hug!
