Service Description

Hello, story of my life! This is a class to physically push your body through a stress cycle. This means that it’s designed to move you through a latent fight-or-flight chemical backup, similar to going on a run, having a long laugh, or getting a really good hug. We do this with breathing, stretching, and phonating (making the vocal cords resonate). This class is capped at five participants. This is a co-ed session of breathing, grounding and tonal centering. Steph guides you through movements that incorporate humming and phonation, so that you can activate your parasympathetic nervous system and move through a stress cycle. The class includes sitting, and floor work. It can be completed sitting at a desk. Give your lungs and spine a hug!
